President Mahama nominates third batch of Ministers for Parliamentary approval

President John Dramani Mahama has submitted a third list of ministerial and regional ministerial nominees to Parliament for prior approval, continuing the formation of his government.

The names, delivered through the Speaker of Parliament on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, include individuals expected to serve as Ministers of State and Regional Ministers across various sectors and regions.

The nominees are expected to undergo parliamentary vetting and approval in the coming weeks, marking a critical step in the administration’s efforts to ensure effective governance and service delivery.

The following individuals has been nominated to serve as Regional Minister:

Puozuing Charles Lwanga – Upper West Region
Joseph Addae Akwaboa – Bono Region
Francis Owusu Antwi – Bono East Region
